Tayside Support Group

The support group meets on a regular basis to offer support and information to people living with osteoporosis and their families. The group is able to provide practical information.

Many members enjoy the social contact, meeting other individuals affected by osteoporosis and sharing their experiences with others who fully understand how they feel.

Support group activities include meetings with speakers on topics that relate to osteoporosis or sessions highlighting appropriate exercises.

Our support group is also involved in fund raising for local and national initiatives.
